Thank you for working with MoDOT on behalf of safety for the event and motoring public. Events such as parades, fairs and similar occurrences that impact normal traffic operations are reviewed to evaluate traffic impact. Application must be received two week prior to event to allow for traffic impact review. Incomplete applications will not be approved & returned to the event organizer. Once received a MoDOT representative will review your application and contact you shortly thereafter.
