2011 South St. Louis County Construction Projects

 

Interstate 44 from Route 141 to Bowles- This project consists of roadway resurfacing with some possible weekend and nightly lane closures. This project is expected to occur from spring to summer 2011.

 

Interstate 55 from 4500 S. Broadway to Route 67 (Lindbergh Boulevard)- This project consists of bridge painting for the new Union Road bridge over I-55, with nightly off peak and weekend lane closures to complete the painting. This project is expected to occur from spring to summer 2011.

 

Interstate 270 bridges at Interstate 44 and Rott Road- This project consists of bridge rehabilitation, with reduced lane widths, reduced speed limits and barrier wall on I-270 at these locations around the clock. This project is expected to occur from spring to winter 2011.

 

Route 61/67 (Lemay Ferry Road) bridge over Interstate 255- This project consists of bridge work and is expected to occur from spring to summer 2011. No lane closures are expected.

 

Route 231 (Telegraph Road)- This project consists of a signal installation on Route 231 (Telegraph Road) at Wohlwend School. This project is expected to occur from spring to fall 2011. No lane closures are expected with this work.
