Park over the Highway Project - CityArchRiver 2015

The Missouri Department of Transportation is evalutating several options to meet the objectives of the CityArchRiver project in downtown St. Louis. This project is intenced to improve the flow of pedestrian, bicycle and vehicle traffic between the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial and downtown. Any construction for this project must be complete by October 2015.
