A 20-foot wide entrance is in place from Vo-Tech Road. There is a 40-foot wide paved easement, known as J.W. Fields Memorial Drive, along the southeast side of the property providing access to Big River Fire Department.
Access to Highway 67 lies approximately one-half mile northwest at the Route K interchange and about one-third mile southeast at the Orchard Road interchange.
The topography rolls up slightly above the Vo-Tech road grade. The site then slopes downhill to both the south and west. Several structures have been constructed on this site with some rough asphalt paving between the buildings. The subject site has good visibility from Route 67.
Private restrictions include a 16.5-foot wide Permanent Utility Easement along northwest side of the property. There is also a 40-foot wide Permanent Access Easement along the southeast property boundary. St. Joseph Lead Company owns underground and mining rights beneath the subject property.
There are no public restrictions on the subject property. Therefore, any use is possible.
