Location and Design Public Hearings for Roadway Improvements
The purpose of the Location and Design Public Hearing is to furnish general information regarding improvements to Route 36 between Shelbina and Monroe City. Displays of the proposed project are available for public review at the hearing and representatives of MoDOT will be present to answer your questions and assist in obtaining additional information.
The meeting also provides an opportunity for the public to comment on the proposed project. Comments may be submitted by:
- Completing a comment form and placing it in the box provided at the hearing
- Placing a previously prepared statement in the comment box
- Completing the comment form and mailing it by November 1 to MoDOT Project Manager Rolla Rentz, PO Box 1067, Hannibal, MO 63401
- Complete the form below and submit by e-mail
Comments and any other data received at this meeting will be reviewed and entered into the official hearing record. The department will then finalize the right-of-way plans and detailed design plans. All comments must be received by November 1, 2005.
