Permits to Work on Right of Way

All contractors and individuals not doing work for public entities/local governments should complete the Non-Local Government Projects permit. Contractors requesting a permit to do work for public entities/local governments should complete the Local Government Projects permit. Please contact one of our MoDOT staff members for your area to assist you with permits to work on the right of way.
