Realty to Roads BLITZ

The Missouri Department of Transportation is in the business of a lot of things, from building roads to plowing snow. But many people don't know that buying and selling land is one of them.

The department is planning a series of local auctions to sell property it no longer needs. All funds generated go back into roadway projects that benefit Missouri drivers.

Platte County dearborn

A maintenance building is up for auction on April 30 at 1 p.m. Approximately 36 by 75, the building features concrete block construction exterior walls with new vertical aluminum siding, new windows, new shingles. There are two other small storage sheds and a three sided salt storage building.

Located at 506 Maple Leaf Road (Route Z) in Dearborn, MO., the site is approximately 1.09 miles east of I-29.

Ray County wetlands
