• A new, widened bridge at Line Creek, with the addition of sidewalks, will improve safety. The City of Riverside received approximately $1.125 million in Surface Transportation Program (STP) funds for this project. Construction is slated to begin in Fall 2010, and the bridge may close during construction.

• A traffic signal and turn lanes will be added at the intersection of Route 69 and Route AA (Waukomis). The city of Riverside received approximately $378,000 in funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to support this project. Construction begins in Spring 2010.
