A New Direction For Transportation Enhancement Program

Over the past year, MoDOT has taken a new direction with the Local Public Agency (LPA) Program.  The successful delivery of American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) projects has proven we can deliver local projects quickly. The Transportation Enhancement Program will take advantage of a very competitive bidding environment. The goal is to have all 2010 TE projects under construction by spring 2012
