Online Community Briefing for Johnson County
This community briefing will provide details of bridge replacements scheduled in Johnson County, Mo. during the spring and summer of 2009. Route OO bridge over Honey Creek (seven miles north of Route 50) and Route ZZ bridge over Panther Creek about two miles south of La Tour will be closed for up to six weeks.
Constituents, customers and stakeholders in the vicinity of these bridges must detour during bridge repairs.
The community briefing will also feature maps of both the detours and many other bridges scheduled for repair or replacement in the next five years as part of MoDOT's Safe & Sound bridge improvement program.
While MoDOT is taking measures to reach everyone affected by this work, we welcome suggestions and your participation in reaching out to the community to keep citizens informed.
