District 4 has the highest cost for utilities and fuel in the state.  The statewide tracker measures look at several areas of energy:

Cost for Utilities : Shows total cost and cost per square foot of utilities. (Pg 15h)

Number of Gallons Consumed: Total number of gallons consumed by district. (pg 10e)

Number of Gallons Consumed by Fuel Type: Shows the total number of gallons consumed in segments by fuel type. (pg 10e)

Number of Miles Per Gallon of Fuel Consumed: Show the total Miles Per Gallon for the 5 main classes (cars, pickups, LD Trucks, HD Trucks, XHD Trucks. (pg 10)
