Missouri Route 5, Hurricane Deck Bridge

Online Public Meeting, Feb. 28 -- March 15, 2011

Welcome to the online public meeting for the Route 5 Hurricane Deck Bridge. The Missouri Department of Transportation is holding this online meeting to gather public input on plans to replace the Hurricane Deck Bridge on Route 5 in Camden County.

Purpose of This Meeting

MoDOT is currently working through the federal environmental assessment process and has committed to improve the bridge. At this stage, we must:

1. Discuss the purpose and need to replace the bridge,
2. Gather input on the possible location of a new bridge, and
3. Provide information about the existing bridge as a historic structure.
